Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
RevlyHQ is a monthly subscription SaaS product that helps US multi-location restaurant chains automatically respond to Google reviews using AI. All plans are billed on a monthly basis. We do not offer annual contracts. By subscribing, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Free Trial
RevlyHQ offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the 14-day trial, your trial expires automatically and no charges are applied unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Subscription Billing
Once you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription is billed monthly on your billing date — the date you first activated your paid plan. Your billing date recurs each month on that same calendar day. All prices are in USD and charges are processed automatically to your payment method on file.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your RevlyHQ subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
- •How to cancel: Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- •Access after cancellation: Your account and all features remain fully active through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- •No cancellation fees: There are no penalties, exit fees, or early termination charges.
5. Refund Policy
Because RevlyHQ is a digital service that is delivered immediately upon subscription, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
- •Refund window — 7 days: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your billing date if you were accidentally charged or if a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or using the service.
- •After 7 days: No refunds will be issued. Because the service is digital and has already been made available to you, charges after the 7-day window are final.
- •How to request a refund: Email us at support@revlyhq.com with the subject line Refund Request - [your email address]. Include your account email, the billing date in question, and a brief description of the issue.
- •Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- •You have used the service during the billing period — including if AI-generated review responses were generated or posted on your behalf.
- •Partial-month refunds are not available. We do not prorate refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- •Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference. The downgrade takes effect on your next billing cycle.
- •Refund requests made more than 7 days after the billing date, regardless of reason.
7. Service Outages & Credits
We are committed to maintaining a reliable, high-availability service. In the event of service disruptions:
- •If RevlyHQ experiences cumulative unplanned downtime exceeding 24 hours in a single billing month, affected subscribers will receive a prorated account credit for the days impacted.
- •Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and do not carry cash value. They are not refundable and cannot be transferred.
- •Scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance do not qualify as downtime for credit purposes.
